We deliver anywhere in Ireland for a flat
rate of €4.99 up to 30 kilos.

How will my order be delivered?
In general, we use Fastway Couriers.

Do you deliver outside Ireland?
Ecodirect delivers only on the Island of Ireland
and the Aran Islands.

What if I am not at home?
The driver will attempt delivery, and leave a card
asking you to make alternative arrangements.

We may also be able to arrange delivery to a
neighbour etc.

We would prefer to have a daytime telephone
number to put on the box, so the driver may
get directions etc.

Did you say “next day delivery”?
For orders placed before 3:00 pm we normally aim for
next-working-day delivery anywhere in Ireland.

If you order in the evening, after 3:00 pm, your order
should be sent out the following working day, and with you
the working day after that.

If we expect a delay for any reason, we will let you know.

What if an item is unavailable?
We will be in touch to discuss your order.
If an item is likely to come into stock it may be
worthwhile waiting a day or so. Bear in mind
that we depend on our wholesale suppliers, and on
manufacturers, so delays may be outside our control.

At all times we will try to maintain adequate stocks
but as we find out what is popular, some items will
no doubt go “out of stock”.
